Fr. Sylvester, was this every published? https://zenit.org/articles/vatican-to-publish-manual-on-ecclesiastical-coats-of-arms/
Yes. The headline is misleading. It was printed by the Vatican’s publishing house not “published by the Vatican” which makes it sound like an official Church document. Rather, it was a book about what Cardinal Montezemolo (now dead) did as a hobby. Namely, ecclesiastical heraldry. It’s mostly about arms he designed. It was not, in my opinion, a particularly important work. The book by Bruno Heim published in 1978 was far better and still remains the definitive work on the subject.
